Jerry Lack is President and CEO of Cohort Petroleum International, a company dedicated to the planning, managing and execution of  all aspects of project management in the oil and natural gas industry.

Prior to establishing Cohort, he spent 40 years working as advisor on special projects and as a well-site consultant supervising drilling, completion, work-over, and production operations domestically and internationally. Lack’s 48 years in the industry includes projects in Kazakhstan, Romania, China, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana and North Dakota.

Since February of 2003, Lack has supervised vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling operations in Cooke, Grayson, Montague, Wise, Tarrant, Denton, Johnson, Hood, Parker, and Erath counties in North Texas. In 2007, Lack became involved in the evaluation, planning, drilling, completing and work-over of Salt Water Disposal wells for various operators in North Texas, South Texas, West Texas, Oklahoma and North Dakota. He is now tasked with evaluating operational Salt Water Disposal wells for various acquisition programs.

As a Staff Accountant for Cohort Petroleum International, Judy maintains the daily financial and administrative activities of the company. She follows detailed guidelines and maintains all company records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to various agencies.

Judy has worked in Accounting for over 25 years with experience in the food industry, pharmacy management and owning her own business. Her background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and vast knowledge in related Accounting functions make her a great addition to Cohort Petroleum International team.
